Woodland Bulb Collection brings together three lovely spring-flowering bulbs selected for shady areas of the garden. Supplied as 55 bulbs, the collection combines contrasting flower shapes, colours and habits for a natural woodland-style display.

• Anemone blanda White Splendour – 20 bulbs. A really pretty little flower perfectly suited to dry, shady areas. Pure white, daisy-like petals are flushed with pink on the reverse and flower over a long period. Plants gradually and gently naturalise over time.
• Fritillaria meleagris – 15 bulbs. Known as the snakeshead fritillary, this charming species produces distinctive chequered flowers and is equally happy at the front of borders or naturalised through grass. The flowers are also suitable for cutting.
• British bluebells – 20 bulbs. A favourite spring-flowering plant with arching stems carrying fragrant, tubular violet-blue bells, with occasional white flowers. Bluebells are particularly well suited to partly shaded areas and can naturalise readily when left undisturbed.

Plant from September to December in suitable shady or partly shaded areas, choosing well-drained soil and allowing the bulbs to establish naturally over time.
