Explore Our Range of Salad Leaf Seeds

The beauty of salad leaf seeds lies in their versatility. Most are perfect for cut-and-come-again harvesting, meaning you can snip just what you need and let the plant keep growing. Sow a small pinch of seed every 10–14 days from spring through late summer, and you’ll enjoy a continuous harvest with minimal effort.

Lettuce Mixes: Our Mixed Salad Leave Seeds combine several varieties in one pack - a colourful and flavourful way to fill your beds and containers.

Rocket & Mustard Leaves: If you like a little bite in your greens, our Mixed Spicy Leaves add peppery character to salads and sandwiches.

Baby Leaf Blends: Fast-maturing and tender, baby leaf mixes are ideal for quick harvests and small spaces. Perfect for containers, troughs and window boxes.

Growing Tips (Quick Guide)

  • Sow seeds shallowly (about 0.5cm deep).
  • Keep soil consistently moist; lettuce roots are shallow.
  • Protect young plants from slugs (containers help).
  • Sow little and often to avoid large sudden flushes that go to seed.

Salad leaves are exceptionally well-suited to containers and raised beds, making them ideal for gardeners with limited space. With regular harvesting, you’ll find you never need a supermarket bag of salad again.
