Exceptionally heavy cropping variety producing bright golden bulbs with a mild sweet flavour. Shallot Bistro is a wonderful choice for cooking, salads and even pickling! Plant out February onwards.

Easy to grow, each bulb produces several shallots for summer harvesting. They take very little space and are guaranteed to repay your efforts with a bountiful crop. Approx. 30 shallots per 500g pack.
