Product Description
A special mixture created by experts to provide an attractive and useful resource for birds, with annual flowers and grasses providing nutritious seed heads over a long season. Easy to grow and full of colour. It also makes and ideal filler for any gaps in the border.
Beautiful, nectar and pollen rich blooms known to attract a wide variety of pollinators and useful predatory insects. This special blend of flowers creates a colourful and beneficial display which is easy to grow and blooms over a long period.
There may be some variation due to the availability of certain varieties,.. but the mix will always contain a minimum of 8 seed rich varieties that are loved by birds.
Mix generally includes:
Amaranthus caudatus
Carthamus tinctorius
Centaurea cyanus
Cosmos bipinnatus
Linum rubrum
Panicum miliaceum
Tagetes erecta
Helianthus annuus (dwarf)
Coverage: 1-2g per square metre
Content of 20g covers 10-20 square metres.
