A charming evergreen shrub with conspicuous fire-red buds providing a welcome splash of winter colour, before they burst into bloom in spring. Also known as Lily of the Valley Bush for the similar shape of its flowers, this slow growing and naturally compact shrub is ideal for smaller garden spaces, and large containers. Great as a winter focal point, the evergreen foliage also helps to provide year round structure to mixed border planting schemes.
