Plant were out of stock

Plant were out of stock, instead of letting me know you sent me a different type of kale which I didn’t need. Plus they were half dead and only a few have survived. I’ve emailed to complain but no response. Terrible service. Will not use again and will tell all my customers (being a gardener) never to use.
