This superb softneck garlic is the earliest purple variety we have found, ready to lift in May and June. These bright, large, bulbs lift themselves up out of the ground as they swell, exposing attractive deep purple streaks and mottling with a lovely fresh, zingy flavour – perfect for all types of dishes and your favourite recipes.
