Strongly coloured with purple amethyst blooms – the petals more divided and serrated than Picos Blue. Eyngium Plants We admire these perennials every year in the border, where they provide structure and form with their cone-like flower heads and narrow, silver to violet bracts. Leave the stems after flowering – the seed heads look wonderful left over winter. Plant in a sunny spot in moist, well-drained soil.
