Product Description

Rounded burgundy blooms of Rubinato which mature to a lovely rose colour, mixed with contrasting sunny soft-yellow flowers of Xanthos. Lovely in beds and large containers, they also make long lasting cut flowers. This early flowering cosmos will start to bloom in as little as 70 days from sowing.

Sow & Grow

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Sow: indoors February to April, 0.5cm (quarter-inch) deep in pots or trays of seed compost and keep moist. Maintain a gentle warmth, 20oC (68oF). Thin (prick out) to further pots when seedlings are large enough to handle. Gradually harden off before planting out to final position late May to June, 20cm (8in) apart. Flowers: June to October. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering season.
