Product Description

Our Rainbow Chrysanthemum Mix is one of the most cheerful and easy to grow of our annual flower seed mixes. Perfect for filling gaps in borders or bringing quick bursts of summer colour to your garden, this delightful mix of chrysanthemum seeds grows quickly from seed, flowering in just 12 weeks or less.

Not to be confused with perennial, autumn-flowering ‘chrysanthemums’, which are derived from Dendranthema x grandiflora, Chrysanthemum carinatum is a hardy annual which flowers the same year it’s sown. Blooming in a kaleidoscope of hues, from whites and yellows to oranges and pinks, this Rainbow Chrysanthemum mix attracts butterflies and bees with its bright, bold single blooms – and with its long, strong stems, it’s an excellent choice for cut flowers, too. It does well in virtually all well-drained soils in full sun.

Sow your Rainbow Chrysanthemum seeds in spring and enjoy beautiful blooms throughout the warmer months. Explore Fothergill’s full range of spring sow
