Sow directly into a pot of compost or a flower bed if the weather is warm, from April to June. Cover lightly with fine compost or soil, water in and keep moist. Keep the soil moist and free of weeds. Within a few weeks seedlings will appear and plants will begin to flower from around June to October.
Don't be in a hurry to sow if the soil is still cold and wet. It is much better to wait until the soil is beginning to warm up (around 10°C). Seeds will germinate faster and the seedlings will grow stronger and soon catch up to ones sown earlier.

Sowing in lines makes identifying the emerging seedlings much easier and therefore makes weeding simple. Sowing in curved lines will still create a natural effect. Deadhead flowers to extend the flowering season.

Returning the packet will enable us to trace the batch from which it was packed, and to thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.

Return Postage

Costs If a product we have supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will be happy to resolve this issue at no cost, either by replacing, refunding or collecting and exchanging the item. If you wish to return a product which was correctly supplied, but which did not meet with your expectations, in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we may require you to cover the cost of return. Please contact our Customer Services Team before returning the goods in this case, who will confirm the correct return address and method of return.
