Geranium Rozanne - An award winning variety blooming from June to frost. A true super star. Knautia macedonica - Deep crimson, pincushion flower heads held high on tall and slender stems from mid to late summer. Plants are well-branched and create an airy feel to mixed perennial plantings. Lovely as a cut flower and adored by bees and butterflies. Height: 75cm (30").
Lavandula angustifolia ‘Hidcote’ - One of our favourite English varieties and much famed for its scent and nectar-rich flower spikes which are superb for drying. It makes a wonderful aromatic hedge and thrives in pots on a bright and sunny patio. Adored by bees and pollinating insects. Height: 60cm (24").
Lupin Gallery Mixed - Large heads in bold colours, on strong and sturdy flower stems make these plants invaluable for early summer colour. The densely packed flower spikes have superb weather tolerance and are loved by bees - they make wonderful cut flowers too. Height: 60cm (24").
Rudbeckia Goldsturm - RHS award winning and one of our experts all-time favourite perennials, much admired for its large bright yellow daisy-like flowers. It looks great planted in bold drifts with other late flowering perennials and grasses. The prominent central cones persist to provide winter interest. Height: 60cm (24").
Verbena rigida Santos Purple - An impossibly vivid, purple flowered variety similar to the popular and stylish Verbena bonariensis often seen in designer gardens. With a more versatile, compact branching habit and larger flower heads, it is drought tolerant, long flowering and comes highly recommended. Height: 60cm (24").
Wallflower (Erysimum) Bowles Mauve - A classic wallflower variety and one synonymous with bright early spring and summer colour. Bushy, with long stems bearing lightly scented mauve flowers for months on end, this perennial wallflower is an absolute winner and one we wouldn’t want to be without. Height: 50cm (20").
