Aquilegia Swan Mixed is a beautiful hybrid mix of Aquilegia or Columbine plant that features large, long-spurred flowers in a range of colours. The Swan series of Columbines features large flowers with striking combinations of white, pink, blue, purple, and red hues on a background of lush green foliage. These stunning plants have a height and spread of approximately 24-30 inches and enjoy shady, moist, and well-drained soils. They bloom best in late spring and early summer, producing nectar to attract bees & butterflies. They are great for cutting, and their petals and nectar can also be used for culinary purposes such as cake decoration or as a sweet garnish in salads.
