A spring favourite in the white garden at Sissinghurst, White Triumphator works particularly well with soft, grassy tones of Green Star. Both are late and long flowering and combine well in the vase too. Save £2 on individual prices with this collection!

20 bulbs, 10 each of:

Green Star (Viridiflora) - An unusual tulip with the same colouring as ‘Spring Green’ but with petals similar to a lily flowered variety, they open out into a delightful pointed star. The unique shape and colouring is particularly loved by flower arrangers.

White Triumphator (Lily Flowered) - One of the most popular tulips of all. Pure, snow white petals arch outward to give an air of sophistication and grace, especially when combined with stronger purples and reds. A regular in the white garden at Sissinghurst.

Tulips

It’s easy to see why tulips are the most popular of all autumn planting bulbs. Such a huge range of varieties and types and so easy to grow, they provide lots of colour with the minimum of effort. Long flowering too, with some varieties blooming in March and others into early June and of course they’re brilliant for cut flowers. If your soil is on the heavy side then a handful of grit or sharp sand added to the bottom of the planting hole will help.
