A carnival of bright reds and oranges splashed with yellow ensure the blooms stand out from the crowd – a great performer and very floriferous. Helenium Plants Choice perennials for the mid and late summer border where their daisy-like flower heads, each with a prominent central cone, brighten the border for several months. Very easy to grow and care for, they are a magnet for bees and butterflies and look particularly good with achilleas, echinaceas and geraniums – excellent as cut flowers too. Plant in a sunny spot in rich, moisture retentive soil.
