Product Description

Dwarf, silver blue stems topped by stunning blue globes makes this an eye-catching plant for beds and borders. These fully hardy perennials are specially raised as young plants to flower in the summer of their first year. Simply pot up on receipt, keep frost free and then plant out from late May. (Please note: flowering times may vary in subsequent years and occasionally adverse weather or growing conditions may mean there are limited or no flowers until the second year).

Terrible communication

I wasn't notified of the plants being despatched (4 weeks after order) so found them in a sorry state on my doorstep after a weekend away. Some had not survived.
I checked the order status page and it said the cost had been refunded. This was not the case. Actually the cost shown was not what I paid.
I contacted them by chat and was told that someone (not me) had notified them that the plants were damaged, so they were sending out replacements that day (an odd coincidence, I thought) and i would get an email. None of this has happened.
I think i've wasted my money here. Lesson learnt.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback,
We are sorry to learn about your experience.
We are currently reviewing our communication and hope you will see an improvement on future orders.
Kind Regards,
