I have NOT bought anything from Fothergills in the last 6 months

The packet of seed supplied, Parsley Moss Curled, was bought last year and on opening contained a silver foil pack of seeds labelled Chives. On planting them Chives appeared, although the external seed packet reported Parsley Moss Curled.
I complained to Fothergills by email ,giving photo evidence of the seed packet and waited well over a week for a response - nothing.
So another contact, this time by phone. Eventually some 8 days letera replacement packet of Parsley Moss Curled seeds arrived

I think a single star is varstly over-rates my experence of Fothergills performance on my complaint.
