Postage and packaging (P&P) is calculated according to the type of products you are ordering. For example, seed-only orders have a lower charge than orders containing potatoes, plants or other non-seed products. The applicable charge will be shown before you proceed to checkout. Please refer to this page or the order form in your latest catalogue for our current P&P charges. We reserve the right to change or amend these charges at any time.

You will only pay the applicable delivery charge once per order, no matter how many separate deliveries we make to fulfil that order. If you place another order at a later date, the relevant delivery charge will apply to that new order. P&P charges are applied in full against the first item despatched from your order and will only be refunded if the whole order is cancelled or refunded.

Free P&P is only offered during specific promotional events throughout the year. Where applicable, you will be provided with a promotional code to enter at checkout to qualify for free delivery.

Postage and packaging is automatically calculated when items are added to your shopping basket, as follows:

 

All applicable delivery charges will automatically appear in your shopping basket.

- Seed-only orders will incur a £2.95 delivery charge.

- Orders containing non-seed items only will incur a £6.95 delivery charge.

- Combined orders containing seeds and non-seed items will incur a £7.95 delivery charge. These products may arrive in separate deliveries because they can be sent from different locations.
