Muscari Pink Sunrise is a rare and much-prized grape hyacinth, producing gorgeous sugary-pink flower spikes that open from white buds in late spring. Its unusual colouring makes it especially effective planted in generous groups through borders or patio containers.

Supplied as a pack of 20 bulbs, plants reach around 15cm (6in) and flower from April to May. Grow in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, where the compact plants can gradually build into an attractive spring display.

Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. An 8/9 bulb measures approximately 8-9cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
