Peat Free Seed Compost 10ltr

1. Remove any outer packaging (the card sleeve, for example).
2. Place the compost block in its biodegradable bag on a flat surface, or in a larger container.
3. Add 3 litres of clean, lukewarm water directly to the bag. 
4. Allow time for the water to absorb and the compost to expand completely.
5. Break up any lumps and add more water if necessary. 
6. Use the expanded, enriched compost for sowing seeds in trays or pots. 

Seed compost is specifically formulated to support the delicate early stages of plant growth. It has a fine texture for root development, balanced moisture retention, and a low nutrient content. 

Our peat free compost is made from eco-friendly coir, a by-product of the coconut industry. Coir is produced from coconut husks, the fibrous outer shell that would otherwise become a waste product. High-quality slow-release fertiliser and seaweed powder are added to provide just the right level of nutrients for seed growing.
