Berry Yoghurt Pots

Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or dessert, these delicious fruity yoghurt pots are quick and easy to put together.

Ingredients

80g rolled oats

120ml milk

200g yoghurt

1–2 tbsp honey

200g berries of your choice

Optional:

Fresh mint

Method

Mix the oats and milk together and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soften the oats.

In a small pan, add the berries and 1 tbsp of water.

Heat gently for 3–5 minutes until they soften and release their juices.

For a sweeter tasting yoghurt pot, mix honey into your yoghurt before layering.

You can skip this step if preferred.

Start layering:

Oats

Yoghurt

Cooked berries

Repeat as needed.

Top with fresh berries and mint.
