Description
Anemone blanda Blue Shades Bulbs create a beautiful carpet of blue flowers in early spring, bringing fresh colour to beds, borders and woodland-style areas. Their low spreading habit works especially well beneath deciduous trees and shrubs and pairs beautifully with other early bulbs.
Supplied as a pack of 20 bulbs, plants reach around 10-15cm (4-6in) and flower from February to April. They are excellent for naturalising and their flowers attract pollinators. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
Bulb size: 5/6
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 5/6 bulb measures approximately 5-6cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
