Product Description
For a supply of fresh and juicy berries from early summer through to early autumn. The collection includes 10 runners each of:
Strawberry Allegro (Early Season)
This really is proving to be a fantastic variety, possibly the most vigorous and robust strawberry we have ever found! If you have poor soil or have grown strawberries on the same ground and cannot rotate then this is the variety for you - this variety was developed on the worst ground you can imagine and proved to be resistant to many soil borne diseases. With high sugar levels for sweetness and an excellent juicy flavour - its certainly one to find a spot for in your garden. Delivered as dormant bare rooted A+ grade plants.
Strawberry (Main Season) Marshmello
The famous French chef, Raymond Blanc, has described this variety as the sweetest strawberry he has ever tasted! You will not find this variety in the supermarkets, it will not stand up to being transported well, but picked straight from your garden and freshly ripened by the sun, it's a hard one to beat due to its delicious flavour. The plants are strong and vigorous with excellent disease resistance. Delivered as dormant bare rooted A+ grade plants.
Strawberry (Everbearer) Flamenco
In our opinion the best everbearing variety there is! This outstanding variety was bred in the UK and is therefore perfectly suited to our conditions. The glossy orange-red fruits have a deliciously sweet flavour. Flamenco is a must have for the garden - it can keep on producing flushes of fruit from late July until the beginning of October! Delivered as dormant, bare rooted standard grade plants.
