Description

Zantedeschia Odessa brings an unexpectedly dramatic touch to summer planting. Its deep plum flowers, so dark they appear almost black, rise above fresh foliage and look especially lovely in a pot where you can enjoy them up close.

Plant in spring after the risk of frost has passed, in a sunny, sheltered place with fertile, free-draining compost or soil. Keep watered while growing, feed regularly during flowering and enjoy the blooms through summer. Lift or bring pots under cover before hard frosts, keeping the bulbs frost-free over winter.

About our bulbs: We work with experienced growers to select quality planting stock for British gardens. Our bulbs are trialled and assessed by our growers or at our Suffolk trials ground, helping us choose varieties you can plant with confidence.
