Pea Meteor Seeds

Pea Meteor seeds can be sown in autumn, from October to November, to produce a very early crop from May the following year. Alternatively, sow them from January to March, and your peas will be ready to harvest later in the summer. Sow seeds every 10 days for successional crops.

Sow your Pea Meteor seeds directly outdoors in a sunny, weed-free spot with fertile, well-drained soil, allowing 75cm between rows. You can also grow this dwarf variety in a container or pot. Water plants thoroughly and regularly when flowering, and pick peas often to encourage continued harvests throughout the growing season.

The Meteor pea is a compact dwarf variety that only grows to around 45cm tall, making it great for pots or smaller spaces. Because of their bushy growth habit, the plants are quite tolerant of windy conditions and typically do not require staking.
