Lettuce Little Gem Seeds

Sow Little Gem lettuce seeds thinly in well-prepared, moist soil from early spring onwards. Space rows about 25cm apart and cover seeds lightly with soil. Keep the ground damp to encourage germination. Once seedlings appear, thin them to 15cm apart for full heads or leave them closer together for baby leaves. Little Gem grows well in beds, pots, or containers. Harvest as needed by picking outer leaves or cutting whole heads when they are firm and compact.
