A beautiful white hardneck with purple cloves, a Creole type and one of the very finest strong and spicy tasting varieties we have tried for a while.
Creole’s are highly regarded for both their delicious rich flavour and good keeping qualities. History suggests this garlic began life in Kazahkstan, garlic's centre of origin then travelled into Eastern Europe and then onto the renowned modern home of garlic in south west France.
Selection over several years in fields at our garlic farm has created a variety perfect for the UK climate.
