Snowdrop Galanthus elwesii Flower Bulbs are among the earliest snowdrops to bloom, producing large white flowers characterised by two green markings on the inner petals. Their blooms are complemented by broad dark green-grey foliage, creating an attractive winter display when little else is in flower.

Supplied as a pack of 10 bulbs, plants reach around 20cm (8in) and flower from January to February. They are well suited to borders, pots and naturalised planting beneath trees and shrubs. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in partial shade or shade.

Bulb size: 5/6
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 5/6 bulb measures approximately 5-6cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
