Helps to water hanging baskets safely from ground level. Lowers basket by 80cm for watering and deadheading. Suitable for 12in and 14in baskets. Lowers basket by 80cm for watering and deadheading. Maximum weight 9kg. Slip swivel hook provided onto the bracket and attach Hi-Lo. Pull down - do not let go - attach filled hanging basket. Place both hands under basket and raise to upper most position. Lower slightly and very slowly to engage locking device before removing hands. To lower, place both hands under basket and ease upwards quickly to release the locking device, continue to lower quickly to the required height, slowing down to engage the locking device before removing hands.

Returning the packet will enable us to trace the batch from which it was packed, and to thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.

Return Postage
Costs If a product we have supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will be happy to resolve this issue at no cost, either by replacing, refunding or collecting and exchanging the item. If you wish to return a product which was correctly supplied, but which did not meet with your expectations, in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we may require you to cover the cost of return. Please contact our Customer Services Team before returning the goods in this case, who will confirm the correct return address and method of return.
