Lots of plants but a few damaged ones as well.

When I unpacked the plants they looked a bit yellow. I followed the instructions and hardened them off before planting out. They have regained their colour but 5 of the plants had their growing stem snapped off, I hope they will grow from side shoots. 2 of the plants died an 2 more seem to be struggling. On the plus side there were lots of bean plants in the 6 growing cells so all is not lost.

delivery of beans

the beans arrived in large box, box was damaged, when opend it was clear that the box had been thrown around, the beans were out of their packaging( tubs) and some damage to plants, had to re pot asap, most were brken, and very dry, tok a lot of time to sortnthem out without breaking young plants growth, a lot of loking after needed to get the few remaining ones to grow. company that delivers plants must not handle with care and must throw them arouns, to cause them all to come out of pots and be in one corner.
