Allium Schubertii Flower Bulbs create an unforgettable late-spring display with huge, firework-like flower heads formed from rosy-purple florets radiating from a central point. Their bold architectural shape brings height, texture and drama to borders, cottage gardens and wildlife-friendly planting.

Supplied as a pack of 5 bulbs, plants reach around 60cm (2ft) and flower from May to June. The nectar-rich blooms attract pollinators, while their strong stems make excellent cut flowers and the dried seed heads can continue to add structure after flowering. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in full sun.

Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12/14 bulb measures approximately 12-14cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
