Tulip sylvestris Bulbs are a charming wild tulip with rich yellow flowers and a delightful fragrance. Tough and resilient, they are especially good for naturalising in short grass, where established plants can return for years, but they also perform well in borders and containers.

Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 45cm (18in) and flower from April to May. Plant from September to December in well-drained soil in full sun for an easy, long-lasting spring display.

Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 6/7 bulb measures approximately 6-7cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
