Tulip Black Parrot Flower Bulbs produce sumptuous, nearly black maroon flowers with the dramatic frilled and feathered edges characteristic of parrot tulips. Their rich colouring adds depth and sophistication to spring borders and creates an eye-catching contrast with paler varieties.

Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 40cm and flower from April to May. The distinctive blooms also make exceptional cut flowers. Plant from September to December in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.

Bulb size: 12+
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12+ bulb measures at least 12cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
