Collection includes 500g pack each of:
Yellow Moon A new and early maturing bright yellow shallot that has good skin quality and round shape. Good resistance to bolting and storing ability. Plant out January onwards.
Bistro Exceptionally heavy cropping variety producing bright golden bulbs with a mild sweet flavour. Shallot Bistro is a wonderful choice for cooking, salads and even pickling! Plant out February onwards.
Spring Planting Shallots
Easy to grow, each bulb produces several shallots for summer harvesting.They take very little space and are guaranteed to repay your efforts with a bountiful crop. Approx. 30 shallots per 500g pack.
