Lily Lotus Beauty Imagine a summer border filled with soft white, beautifully layered flowers, each finished with tiny burgundy freckles. These fragrant blooms are a pleasure to enjoy in the garden or bring indoors, and their pollen-free flowers make arranging easier.

The double flowers have layers of white petals with fine burgundy markings. Their fragrance adds to the pleasure of summer flowering, while the lack of loose pollen is especially welcome when using stems in a vase.

Plant the three bulbs around 10–15cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil during spring. Choose a sunny or lightly shaded spot and leave room for stems to develop. Water during dry weather and use a deep pot with drainage holes if growing on the patio. After flowering, leave the foliage in place until it dies back naturally, helping the bulbs build strength for the following year.
