Customer Service re failed germination

As previously mentioned, this was not an order. It was simply to replace the failed seeds. What a rigmarole! Nightmare!
You kept treating it as a new order, which it wasn't. Didn't read my emails correctly so you obviously haven't got a separate method of dealing with something as simple as this. As a long retired M.I.S.M.M I found your system very poor.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced with our customer service regarding your failed germination.

Again, we apologise for the inconvenience and hope that we can make it up to you in the future.

Kind Regards, Customer Services.
