Cucumber Burpless Tasty Green F1 Seeds

The packet of seeds originally obtained were a disappointment. A sowing of 12 seeds in separate pots produced no shoots, even after 4 weeks. I searched the pots and found that the seeds were intact and had not germinated. I tried again with 6 more seeds and a third time about 10 days later with another 6, with both lots in the incubator at about 22 degrees C. Of these two germinated in the second sowing and one in the third.so I bought three more from a local garden centre. I had already complained to Fothergills about the initial failure and was promised a full replacement of the seeds and these arrived eventually. It is now too late for 2024, but I hope for more success ion 2025 with these replacement seeds.
