Let down by delivery

Unfortunately Mr Fothergill’s use Whistl to manage deliveries. What that means in reality is that from dispatch, there was no reliable tracking information, before eventually being delivered by Royal Mail. Had the package simply been posted directly by Royal Mail, it would have arrived in 2-3 days.
