Description
Calabrese Aquiles F1 Veg Plants Enjoy an early crop of tender green calabrese with Aquiles F1. This versatile variety can be overwintered for an especially early harvest and planted more closely than many other calabrese. After cutting the main head, leave the plant in place for further delicious side shoots. The variety is reported to have high resistance to foliar downy mildew.
Quality Young Plants
Our young plants are supplied as strong, well-rooted plants in individual large plug cells, measuring approximately 6–12cm from the plug base to the plant tip. Pot on into 6–7cm pots if needed and keep in a bright, frost-free position until established. Gradually harden off before planting outside. A full growing guide is included.
