Begonia odorata Angelique fills baskets and pots with soft white, double flowers and a lovely sweet scent. Its trailing growth makes it particularly appealing where flowers can spill gently over the edges.

Start the bulbs indoors in spring in free-draining compost, placing the hollow side upwards and covering lightly. Keep frost-free until it is safe to move plants outdoors. Grow in a sheltered position with bright light but protection from harsh midday sun, water consistently without waterlogging and feed during flowering. Bring pots under cover before autumn frost.

About our bulbs: We work with trusted growers to select quality bulbs for British gardens. Our varieties are assessed through grower trials or at our Suffolk trials ground so you can plant with confidence.
