Product Description

Climbing Rose Trio Bare Root Plants Collection offers a spectacular blend of colour, scent and vertical interest, perfect for adding charm and structure to any garden space. This trio has been carefully selected to deliver long-lasting blooms, rich fragrance and strong climbing growth for fences, arches or walls. Each rose brings its own unique appeal, creating a showstopping display throughout the summer months.

Rose Crimson Cascade – A richly hued climber with deep crimson, semi-double flowers and a relaxed, trailing habit. Blooms prolifically through summer and autumn, providing a romantic, cottage-garden look. Height 250cm, Spread 180cm.

Rose Ozeana – Produces elegant, fully double blooms in a soft silvery-lilac, with a strong, classic rose scent. A reliable climber with good disease resistance and glossy green foliage. Height 250cm, Spread 250cm.

Rose Scent From Heaven – A beautifully fragrant variety with glowing apricot-orange blooms and a healthy, upright habit. Repeat flowering and ideal for training over structures for maximum impact. Height 200cm, Spread 150cm.

Climber: As the name suggests these roses grow tall requiring tying or training around a trellis or wire support against walls or over pergolas. Each variety has specific information about its flower type and fragrance. A climbing rose can be grown permanently in a large 50cm approx. diameter container with a trellis support against a wall or fence or pergola if no soil is available. To get a more natural look why not grow a climbing rose alongside a clematis or honeysuckle where their flowering times complement each other.

These roses are supplied as 2 year old bare root plants with 2 to 3 main branches (breaks).

Planting advice: Plant bare root roses outdoors from October to March. Soak the roots in water (preferably overnight) before planting. Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the roots comfortably, and plant deeply enough to cover the graft union (where the branches meet the main stem) just below soil level. Water well after planting and mulch to retain moisture.
