Product Description
Vivid carmine-red flowers, transitioning to crimson along their edges and complemented by striking creamy yellow stamens. Each flower measures approx. 10-12cm (4-5") across with petals lit with an iridescent sheen, adding to its considerable appeal. Blooming from midsummer to early autumn, these reliable climbers show excellent hardiness to -12°C or lower and offer long-lasting beauty. Fast growing and extremely vigorous, we'd highly recommend Clematis Ville de Lyon for covering large areas such as walls, pergolas and archways. Plants flower on new seasons growth so any pruning is best done while the plants are dormant in winter. Height 3-3.7m. (10-12').
